Housing Online lets you report non-emergency repairs, as well as view and request updates about existing repairs. If you have a current housing application, you can also bid for properties.
Please be advised that NEC Housing System will be taken offline at 14:00 pm Friday, 13th June 2025. This is to allow for an upgrade to be applied to NEC. The system will be back online, on Monday, 16th June 2025.
