Important Changes to Repairs Reporting Process
Leicester City Council is committed to improving the services it offers to tenants and leaseholders and as such we have launched the Housing Online website which allows you to view, report and make enquiries about repairs to your council home. Housing Online can be accessed 24/7 and allows you to view your rent account and access other Housing services.
To report new repairs or ask for updates on existing repairs use Housing Online.
Log in to your account or
sign up with your Payment Reference number.
Please note: If you need to report a critical
emergency repair, you can continue to contact us via the usual phone number: 0116 454 1007 (option 1) Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4pm.
