Sign up for a Housing Online account

To sign up for a Housing Online account as a current Leicester City Council tenant, make sure that you have your Payment Reference number (you can find it on your rent letter as "Your Ref") at hand.

Enter your email address and create a password below, to begin the sign up process.
You must provide your own personal email address to create your Housing Online account. You will need to use this email address to sign in to Housing Online. If you do not have a personal email account then you will need to sign up for one first. Please do not use another person's email address to sign up with.

  • Nine characters
  • One upper case: e.g. A, B, C, D
  • One lower case: e.g. a, b, c, d
  • One number: e.g. 1, 2, 3, 4
  • One special character: e.g. !, £, $, %, ^, &, *
